    I worked at OnAir full-time

There are some talented and motivated people working at OnAir. The diversity of work provides ample opportunities to explore different roles and technologies.

Transcontinental communication and coordination of efforts were a challenge. The accumulation of technical debt was always a concern, with such a small workforce.

    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at OnAir (Geneva (Switzerland)) in April 2015.

1st interview over Skype, 2nd in person. The interview went reasonably, but the interviewer had put up a rather limited time frame and the interview took longer than that. She asked little about me (skills etc) but mostly about my experiences and expectations. In general, I got a feeling she was rushed.
