    Pros

    OneLogin was founded to solve an emerging business problem in a vastly different way than the large, legacy technology companies. By maintaining focus on the customer, the executive team has attracted unique perspectives from across the industry to innovate on an already strong solution while also creating an incredible workplace. In my sales role, I feel like I have an opportunity to make my mark on the industry, and each of my clients. I get to partner with services and engineering to help make the product better, and believe that with success will come new opportunities in future years - already seeing many promotions take place across my team. Many of the industry's best sales tools, the latest technology, a flexible work environment and great benefits package all all available from Day 1.

    Cons

    I really enjoy being able to share best practices and pass along client and partner feedback to make an impact above and beyond the "typical" responsibilities of my role. I think that's a fantastic part of a quickly growing startup culture. However, if you thrive in a more regimented and segmented work environment, or an already-mature marketplace, I imagine this would be an extremely challenging place to work.

    Application

    I applied online. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at OneLogin (San Francisco, CA).

    Interview

    I had a phone screen with the recruiter after my application. We had a great conversation and I was really getting a good vibe. I received the "Interview Kit" regarding everything that will happen that day. On the day of the interview, I came in 10 minutes before as instructed. The interviewer was the leader for a completely different division that had recently started himself. He was 10 minutes late. During the interview, he kept chatting on his IM flagging that he was "taking notes". Not my first rodeo and for someone taking time from their current job to meet, I thought it was rude and distracting. More so, the "Interview Kit" was very descriptive but did not have basic info like: -Meting times. Only start time but not finish. I thought it would be the rest of day but it was only an hour. -Who you are meeting? Had a note to study all 4 Sales Execs but not sure who you were actually meeting. Lastly, when we were done, I thought I was going to get a tour of the office (like the "Interview Kit" suggested) but instead the guy showed me out. They kept saying "its SKO" before rushing me out. Looked like a cool company and the office is awesome but clearly disorganized and needs work.
