There is a sincere effort and appreciation to reward those who perform well. However, as a cost-minded company, talented personnel are not offered competitive compensation and are often given a reduced set of tools to perform their work.
Advice to Management
As a smaller company, there is a tendency toward nepotism. Those hired into positions of leadership often fail to make a proper evaluation of business objectives toward growth. Search and pay for talented people to accomplish business goals.
