    Pros

I loved working here because the team always encouraged me to think outside the box and learn new things everyday. They weren't scared to give me a task I was unfamiliar with, so I can learn and complete it. I worked with the best technology in the market and learned a lot from highly competent and talented co-workers.

    Cons

I really don't know of any cons because everything was so great.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing, but also give words of encouragement to the entire time on a bi-monthly basis.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (Toronto, ON (Canada)).

    Interview

Apply through school's on campus recruiting website. Get selected for the interview. Interview is in Toronto. 30 minute interview. Mostly fit questions. A lot of emphasis on why I want to work at Teachers and what makes the place so great. Because it was a back office internship the interview was not technical.
