    Excellent work-environment. laid-back. Good salary and benefits. Good work-life balance.

    Cons

    Bureaucracy. No formal work from home policy. Performance review process not standardized.

    Advice to Management

    Look to incorporate feedback into policies and procedures. No parking lot for employees
