I have been working at Ooyala as an intern (less than an year)Pros
Amazing dynamic company culture, which really fosters the self-motivation to get things done. Team-oriented everything and everyone's very respectful and fun. Everyone's super excited about it and no one's ever bored.Cons
Some weeks can get really hectic and stressful. There's quite a bit of work and always a lot of planning todo that can get overrun by laziness which means more work for other people.Advice to ManagementAdvice
I really like the way that they don't have to micromanage everyone yet they foster such an amazing work-culture that makes everyone excited to build something innovative and cool.RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO

This company is a joke. They are a start-up company with less than .5B in funding and they conduct interviews like they're better than google. I also found the quality of their employees to be crappy. Most of their employees are hard-working, but too dumb to actually start their own company, so they end up working for one. Most of the employees are a bunch of 30 year olds who never had the skillset to start their own company, so they decide to work for Oolaya. hahaReasons for Declining
Quality of people bad: a bunch of bald loser 30 year olds who don't know how to start their own businessDeclined Offer
