    It's a developing company with a good leadership. The brand is well known in Poland so this translates into a good image you as a worker on the market.


    People that spend more than ten years in this company are not open to any changes. They don't even want to think or invent of any change, to move the company in to present time.

    Upper management should listen more from the employees about they ideas.
