    Complacency has not been fully eradicated.

    The finance dept needs to seriously get it's ducks in a row.
    Revenue organization can only do so much. Help them out
     Stop spending beyond your means. I thought we learned something in 08'

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ weeksinterviewed at Operative Media in May 2014.

    Interview Details

    Went through couple of rounds of easy interviews. Most of the questions were process related.

    One guy (i think the engineering head) kept hitting references to stock market and i kept building on that cue. After giving few references to stock market the rest of the interview was a breeze.

    • None really. There is hardly any process or metrics currently captured, so whatever I said was ok.   Answer Question
    Negotiation Details
    Fairly easy, I was asked what I was making and they came back with 10K more than what I was making. I told them that it was not worth my time and pain to move for 10K, they bumped it up to 20K more and I accepted.
