    Pros

    The employees really care about each other and producing results that differentiate us in the marketplace. The Denver location brings Wall Street to the West. Compensation and benefits package is very attractive. Leadership is focused on employee development and career progression. The collaboration that takes place is very exhilarating!

    Cons

    Managing the responsibilities that come with my role and keeping both the employee and company perspective in mind. Often there is more than one right answer.
