    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral – interviewed at Orange Switzerland in October 2012.

    Interview Details

My first contact with Orange began on 12th of January 2012. I requested a face to face meeting to disucss opportunites within Orange and had this meeting on April 15th. I followed up with emails to my contact person within Orange and the offical interview was scheduled for early October. I was interviewed by 4 people at the same time. Head of the PMO, Hiring Manager, Head of Engineering and the Engineer I would be working with on the project. After the interview, Orange came back with an offer and a start date of 12th of November. This was a very lengthy hiring process in my experienece.

    Interview Questions
    • The interview wasn't necassarily difficult from a technical perspective. It was challengin because I had four people firing off questions one right after another. The interview lasted one hour and a half.   Answer Question
    Negotiation Details
I was expecting the salary to be higher, however, Orange was not interested in negotiating. It was a 'take it or leave it' attitude.
