Great company, benefits, salary, environment, growth potential, training

I left because they had me make false promises to the 15 people under me regarding raises, promotions, PTO etc and laid them off without even telling me.

    Advice to Management

Be open with your managers about your intentions for their subordinates. It may not always be pleasant, but when you're asking me to convince the people working for me to work 70+ hrs per week you could at least tell me what I'm asking of them. These people are not just working for me, they're my colleagues and friends.

I was contacted through an independent recruiter for a position at Organic. Once we set the appointment the process was quick. I met with two CDs on my initial interview and then had a follow up two days later. Every one was very transparent about the type of person they were looking to add to the team and continued to communicate through the next steps in the hiring process. They didn't disappear for days on end and then reappear. I always knew where I stood, which I appreciated.
