    I was contacted through an independent recruiter for a position at Organic. Once we set the appointment the process was quick. I met with two CDs on my initial interview and then had a follow up two days later. Every one was very transparent about the type of person they were looking to add to the team and continued to communicate through the next steps in the hiring process. They didn't disappear for days on end and then reappear. I always knew where I stood, which I appreciated.
