I have been working at Organic Milling

    Pros

co-workers were all very nice people

    Cons

This is a very miserable and potentially dangerous place to work. The company had money issues for many years and you'll find out very soon after being hired. It has created a work place where it's very difficult to do your job. Because of this there is constant revolving door of employees coming and going through the maintenance department.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you simply gave your employees the tools to do there job you might find that could get by with a smaller staff and still be money ahead.

Its products are sold in retail food stores across the US. Kraft Foods purchased the company's biggest brand, Back to Nature, in 2003; however, it continues to manufacture Back to Nature products for Kraft. Organic Milling's other brands include Cinnabon...
