Good hours. Easy to move up in the company internally as long as you show interest.
Can't trust the management. No transparency at all. But welcome to corporate America. Very low paying company and they expect so much from you for so little pay.
Advice to Management
Don't makE people so scared to be honest and you'll get honest answers and honest questions. Peole are scared to ask any queStions. Also, if you ask for questions to be submitted prior to a company wide meeting...don't leave questions out that you do not want to answer. Also, they need to look at their managment and supervisors who bring teams down while trying to be an employee engaged company.

I applied online – interviewed at Oriental Trading Company (Omaha, NE).
The interview was very unorganized, and it felt as though the interviewers had never been on that side of the table before - even though one was a vp. Additionally, the job I actually interviewed for was not for the one I applied for. Same title, but vastly different experience wanted from what was depicted in the description. Due to that, the interview was a waste of my time. In retrospect I should have politely ended the interview early. They did not portray a positive view of the how the company is run at all.
