    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Orleans Homebuilders.

    Interview

Standard Sales Interview with 1-2 individuals. Company loves Myers Barnes so read up on his work on the 10 step sales process and look like a superstar in the interview. After the interview and thank you email and/or card to the corporate office is a must to show you can handle following up.

    Negotiation

Not much negotiating with this company and most frustrating is their contract which is very poor and not very employee friendly.
