    Pros

    Jobs at Ormet are great in some classified positions.

    Cons

    Certain jobs done by the maintenance could be standardized as to what fasteners and what tools to use to on the equipment used through-out the plant.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Upper Management: Take advice. You need to make a finished product(s). This would help tremendously to make Ormet stable and competitive in the market place of Goods and Services. A joint venture with an investor(s) on the Natural Gas fired Electric Generating plant.Call the employees back to work soon. There was not enough time to prepare for the recent Mass Lay-offs. I have more suggestions and ideas to offer. I am the last person to work in the 2221/2 shop. My General Foreman knows me. Lets talk.
