The firm offers challenging work and a collegial environment. Innovative leadership and relatively entrepreneurial for a law firm. Has grown carefully and strategically over the years.
Long hours; path to partnership is unclear. New hyper focus on social media presence and increased spend on marketing is hard to rationalize.

THe overall experience, even though I did not get the job, was enlightening and stimulating. Wish I got the job but hey, on to the next one.
