    It was a fun environment to work in. My co-workers were a group of wonderful people, great to work with.


    The duties for the position expanded dramatically without proper compensation or adjustment of expectations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Put yourself in your employee's shoes for a moment. Stay connected and notice how internal changes are affecting other employees, both directly and indirectly. Consider being an "undercover" employee and see how things REALLY operate (or not!)

    I was a walk in interview. There was not a rigorous application or interview process. I sat down with the store manager and assistant manager and we discussed typical interview questions.
