I have been working at Osmose full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Company is willing to expand into new markets and take risks on newly devolved projects/processes. Smaller company with employment growth opportunities.

    Cons

Communications between departments could be improved. Training for new employees as well as cross-training between departments to understand various team dependencies needs to be addressed.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
