    Great Place to Work

Former Employee - Traffic Coordinator in Temecula, CA
Former Employee - Traffic Coordinator in Temecula, CA

I worked at Outdoor Channel full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Amazing benefits. Good work/life balance. People were absolutely wonderful to work with. Company promoted department "Fun Days": a paid day off work where everyone enjoyed an outing or event together to promote teamwork and bonding.

    Cons

Sometimes I had to put in long hours, especially during quarter change. But this was clearly outlined to me and when I did have to work late, dinner was provided.
