Over 90% of all management roles are filled from within our organization.

Oxford Recruiters and Account Managers may follow a management career path or a senior associate career path. Although the timeline varies for every employee, the typical career path of successful Oxford & Associates and Oxford Internationalemployees is as follows; career paths for our Oxford Healthcare IT and Centerpoint staff are similar:

The senior associate career path allows employees to specialize in account management or recruiting.

Our culture is one of continuous growth and learning. Oxford offers our employees daily training sessions in our business process and on the skills they'll need to be successful. In addition, formal training tailored to each employees’ individual state of development is available to help them achieve their career goals.

Daily Training. From their first day on the job, new employees are introduced to a professionally-developed, multi-media training curriculum interspersed with interactive discussions, role-playing and on the job training.  Fully supervised by their manager, employees learn the fundamental skills necessary to be successful at Oxford, one step at a time.

Management Training. For employees entering the management career path, Oxford offers a range of management training programs.  We provide new supervisors instruction on their management responsibilities at Oxford, and on fundamental management skills.

Advanced Management Training. As they gain more experience, select employees are offered advanced management training in a unique, eight-week program developed in partnership with Endicott College, an accredited college north of Boston. The program combines classroom learning with on-line coursework and culminates in a career development plan the management trainee implements in partnership with their direct supervisor.

You determine your earning potential at Oxford by the strength of your competitive spirit and drive for financial success.  Our base–plus–incentive compensation program is designed to reward high performers.  It starts with a lower base salary - which allows us to pay higher incentive compensation to successful team members – and our incentive plan has no caps so there is no limit to your earning potential.

Though compensation is completely dependent on your individual results, total first year compensation (base + incentives) can range from the high 40’s to the mid 60’s, and second year total compensation can exceed $90,000 if you are successful.

It will take persistence and hard work to achieve these income levels and position you for participation in our annual President's Club retreat as well as the many leadership opportunities available in our growing organization.

Oxford International provides clients with the services of national and international consultants, supported by the local recruiting capabilities of Oxford & Associates. Oxford International delivers senior IT and engineering consultants to clients in the US and Europe through its 8 recruiting centers in the following cities:

Oxford Healthcare IT delivers senior healthcare IT consultants to clients who need them for critical projects. Through our proprietary recruiting method, we've established unparalleled relationships with senior healthcare IT consultants across the U.S.  Our Oxford Healthcare IT division is headquartered in our Alliance, Texas office.

Centerpoint, Oxford's direct staffing division, specializes in providing information technology and engineering talent required to successfully fill permanent staffing needs. Our Recruiting Specialists utilize their extensive recruiting expertise to find the most qualified candidates available, and work with clients through our unique screening and hiring process to ensure success.  Our Centerpoint division operates from select Oxford & Associates and Oxford International offices.
