    The organizational culture is very relaxed and calm. Management does not micromanage and has confidence in their staff.


    I have nothing negative to state other than the drive into Phoenix is stressful. There is some murmuring voiced by employees but that happens at any place of employment

    Advice to Management

    Possibly take into consideration employee raises, incentives or bonuses. Possibly implement monthly one on one's and touch base' s between management and employees.
