Charles Goodman is the President and CEO of P2 Energy Solutions. He joined P2 in October of 2011 as President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining P2 Mr. Goodman served as Chief Operating Officer for Ventyx a leading global provider of software, data and consulting solutions to the utility, energy, mining and telecommunications industries. Over the past year he was instrumental in tripling the size of the business through the acquisitions of Mincom, Insert Key and Obvient Strategies along with the integration of ABB’s SCADA business unit. During this same period he executed a global growth strategy expanding sales and operations into all continents and key global markets. Prior to serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Ventyx he held the position of Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing. He was with Ventyx and its predecessor companies for 11 years. Prior to joining Ventyx, he served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations for Atmos Energy Company, the nation’s largest natural gas-only distributor. He was with Atmos for 19 years.
Mr. Goodman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.
Chief Operating Officer
Amy Zupon joined P2 Energy solutions in January of 2012 as Chief Technology Officer, responsible for all product research along with development, product management, marketing, and global customer support. She was appointed to Chief Operating Officer in January 2014. Zupon came to P2 from Ventyx, an ABB Company, where she was Global Head of Product Management, one of several key leadership roles she held during her tenure. Ms. Zupon joined Ventyx in 2009 through its acquisition of The Structure Group’s nMarket software platform. As a partner at The Structure Group, she was instrumental in establishing nMarket as a leading transaction management software platform for wholesale energy markets.
Ms. Zupon holds a BA in Mathematics from Northwestern University.
Chief Financial Officer
Chad Martin joined P2 in January of 2012 as Chief Financial Officer responsible for finance, accounting, human resources, training and development, and information technology. Mr. Martin was previously the President and Chief Financial Officer for Home Care Assistance, a non-medical home care business operating nationwide. Prior to that, he was CFO for Pacific Pulmonary Services, a home respiratory company. Mr. Martin also has 10 years of investment banking experience with Goldman, Sachs & Co., working in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Technology, Media and Telecom groups.
Mr. Martin has an MBA from Stanford University and a BBA from Texas Christian University.
Senior Vice President for Asia Pacific (APAC) Region
Richard Pang joined P2 Energy Solutions in August 2013 via P2's acquisition of ISS Group, Ltd. Mr. Pang serves as P2's Senior Vice President for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
Mr. Pang joined ISS in 2002 as a Systems Developer, working on the company's core product suite and helping to develop key functionality that is still in use today. This initial work put him in good stead when he was seconded to the Singapore office as the Regional Sales Manager to help with the establishment of the Asia region in 2005.
In 2007, Mr. Pang took over as Managing Director for ISS Asia and under his stewardship, drove sales and operations for this region and made it a core market for ISS. In August 2010, he accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer for ISS, still based in Singapore but with a focus on driving the business globally.
Mr. Pang has a Computer Science Degree from Edith Cowan University and a background in electro mechanical services.
Senior Vice President, Marketing and Product Management
Andy Bane joined P2 in May 2014 as the company’s Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Management. An experienced enterprise software executive who possesses years of experience spearheading product innovation, market growth and revenue expansion, Mr. Bane steers P2’s product strategies and ensures that the organization’s marketing efforts align with these initiatives. Mr. Bane came to P2 from Ventyx, where he and his team oversaw marketing, demand generation, corporate communications, brand management, user-experience improvements and new-product investments.
Mr. Bane holds a BA from the University of Colorado.
Senior Vice President, Americas' Sales
Bill Stephenson joined P2 in April 2014 as the organization’s Senior Vice President of Americas’ Sales. In this role, Mr. Stephenson oversees P2’s sales efforts in the Americas and helps drive the company’s growth. Prior to joining P2, he managed sales and operations for Spatial Energy as the imagery provider’s Vice President of Global Sales. A 20-year sales-management veteran, Mr. Stephenson also served as global information company IHS’s Vice President of Global Sales for its Energy Technical Analytics group.
After serving in the U.S. Army for four years, Mr. Stephenson received a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston.
