Applied online and about two weeks later was called for an interview with the HR person. The interview process was pleasant and the recruiter tried her best to work with you. The only alarming aspect of the interview was when the recruiter mentioned that very few applicants are selected for this entry-level job without a master's degree. The interview process lasted about an hour and revolved mostly around my previous experiences.
