A lot of opportunity to garner experience. Low barriers to work on new technologies. Decent benefits and pay.
Stratification with sales and other key business divisions. Churn and burn. Management leans too much on top performers and can't seem to hire more talent when necessary. No scheduled 1:1 time. Management happy to check in briefly handful times / month to ensure house isn't burning down, but that's about it. No focus on employee as individual. Aging facilities and company culture.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week – interviewed at PCM Services SARCOM (Dallas, TX) in November 2013.
HR contacts applicants to arrange phone interview with Management. Depending on location, interviews may also be conducted in person. Interviews are friendly and straightforward and there may be more than one, especially during a phone interview. A decision comes back through HR, after the interview is over. Can take a few days.
- Random technical questions to test real knowledge/verify experience Answer Question
Short- management tells you what the position pays and basically asks if you are ok with it.
