    People, environment, overtime, benefits, and management.

    Cons

    Salary is low and not literally not enough work space available.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your employees more and help pay for masters degrees.

    The process went very confusing about dates and persons to whom I was to meet, one case the person did not know anything of the interview....Because they were not sure about working place I spent several meetings (no interviews) with supervisors about the place to be assigned if the employment was granted
