I have been working at PGi full-time (More than 10 years)
Good work/life balance. Many internal promotions. Great mix of technologies and products. Generally good people. Has afforded me many opportunities and experiences. I've been treated very well.
Not all departments offer the Pros listed. Some are very micro-managed and rigid. Mostly in the legacy portions of the company. Some struggle with adapting to being a software company vs. automated conference provider. 401k match was removed a few years back.
Advice to Management
Realize that every department is important to the company, even the legacy ones. Support is important, yet it rarely gets the attention it needs to thrive and help the business.

I applied thru a temp service. i had to pass test to see if i qualified. they did a interview thru the temp service. i passed it so the set up a thirty minute phone interview with hr, i passed it so i was offered a job.
