    I have been working at PIER 39 full-time for less than a year


    Beautiful views
    Good restaurants and eateries
    Fun atmosphere
    Friendly workers and management


    Very high expectations in customer service
    Gets extremely hectic at times with visitors and vehicle traffic out front
    Pay is low in certain departments, lagging behind local industry

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep doing what you started with employee engagement
    This is a good place to work but starting salaries probably should be upped by $2/hr
