I worked at PKN ORLEN full-time

Good salaries, great benefits. Additional money quarterly, cheap loans for employees. Very stable work place. Once you will get a job there you can stay there forever.

Management is chosen based on the current political option in the country, therefore they care only about their party goals and own well-being.If you don`t know anybody there, there is almost no chance to get a job there. Little to no advancement possibilities.

    Advice to Management

Stop changing management with every political change, start to care about company good and employees problems. Let younger people in and listen to their ideas.
