EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

Grow Up Great^® is our 10-year, $100 million bilingual initiative that provides leadership, advocacy and funding to educate parents, caregivers and communities on how to prepare young children to succeed. Employees receive up to 40 hours of paid volunteer time each year to participate in Grow Up Great^®. Extra benefits like these make working at PNC more rewarding.

• Plan: PNC matches up to 4% of your contributions, with a $2,000 minimum match for eligible participants. You vest in the match after three years.
• Pension Plan: A cash balance Pension Plan provides a fixed 3% company contribution and three-year vesting.
• Employee Stock Purchase Plan: Allows for the purchase of PNC common stock at a 5% discount.
