Many employee engagement activities to create a positive culture, daily company provided fresh fruit and coffee and additional low cost on site offerings.
High turnover call center mainly because the pay rate isn't the best or competitive; although you can hit bonuses and make OT while working long hours, many find the shifts and pay not feasible and just need to move on to jobs that offer more money and accommodating shifts.
Advice to Management
Work on having more empathy for workers life challenges that come up; especially with the shift demands and low pay employees.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days – interviewed at PSCU (Southgate, MI) in February 2014.
Open House only 1 interview, the process is very simple management most of them are not educated and where promoted into their roles. And the Training once your are hired has 5 test that you have to pass and they are so easy a 5th grader can pass it.
