    I worked at Pac-Van full-time (more than 10 years)


    Enabled everyone in the company to take not only personal but company objectives to even higher levels.


    The biggest problem was the overlap in responsibilities with branch operations. This sometimes occurred between Corporate Operations and Regional VP's of sales.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    My advice to the Management Team would be to get to know your people. Really get to know them.
