    Pros

    Good pay while you're looking for a better job.

    Cons

    -The rules are overly enforced I.E: if your cellphone rings you're fired. -Mediocre training, once on the floor, good luck. -The turn over rate for employees is ridiculous.

    Advice to Management

    Rethink the way you train your employees, they would probably stay longer if trained properly.
