Current Employee - Technical Lead in Bangalore (India)

I have been working at Pace Micro full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Flexible, Goal-oriented, Work-life balance. Colleagues are friendly and the work culture is great. Safety aspects are good. Saturday working is rare and it entitles you to cab usage and free food :)

    Cons

Not much to say here but the expectations can be high. The company culture is slowly changing with competition kicking in globally and the work-life balance that exists now may soon be a thing of past..
