    I worked at Pacific Internet

    Pros

I liked the warm working culture with friendly colleagues. Knowledge sharing is encouraged and promoted. Inter-team collaboration and communication was great.

    Cons

For those who liked the company culture but not the benefit, they chose to resign and work for some other company for a while and then come back.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

High turn-over rate is a not a healthy sign. Pacnet should not aim to be a training ground for other telcos.
