    Pros

As an engineer, you will work on a variety of projects. Work load is normal for the industry. Great people to work with.

    Cons

No program for training or advancements. You are relatively on your own for learning and career development. Upper management can be elitist to engineers. Advancement may be slow sometimes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attention to developing the careers of your employees. Training and career advancement mentorship is lacking.

Find someone that you know that has a connection with PSP to get a foot in the door (contractor, friend, teacher, friend-of-a-friend). Then contact, if possible, that connection to find out about the position that you are after. Either use the contact to submit your resume or send it to someone already employed at PSP. Call regularly for a status but keep calling.
