    I applied online – interviewed at Palm Restaurants.

    Interview Details

    Applied online, phone interview, face to face interview and accepted job on site. Phone interview was a screen to weed out anyone who doesnt sound professional/polite. Face to face was behavioral, how would you handle an irate customer, how would you prioritize when multiple tables are requesting attention. After accepting position me and a few other new hires were trained on the spot, watched videos on company history and how it started to the proper way to set tables etc...
