Not all managers embrase the vision and are unable to guide team to achieve goals.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Palmetto Health (Columbia, SC) in April 2015.

    Interview

The phone interview was great. I feel I did well on the in person interview. I am 50 and this is my second career after the military, and they seemed put off by my age. I was told later by a nurse there that they prefer new nurses under 30 yrs old My prior service to our country was discounted.
