I worked at Palmetto Health part-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

The only employer that I have ever worked for that truly cares about their employees. They make EVERY effort to be transparent with news, decisions, etc. They want their employees to be happy. They know that employees have a life outside of the workplace environment.
Jewelry and scarf sales in the fall and spring.
    Free parking.
Badge swiping available in the cafeteria and gift shops.
    Starbucks in the heart hospital.

    Cons

    Health insurance deductibles are high.

Tell me about a time when... difficult coworker... how do you accept change etc etc. Got the call the same day after peer interview for job offer.
