    Pros

Great benefits and work atmosphere. Employees are important and this healthcare system does not put up with verbal abuse from doctors or anyone else.

    Cons

Some supervisors show favoritism. This happens at any facility out there, but I found very few cons during the years I worked here.

    Advice to Management

Employee health tends to make light of any employee related injury, sending employees back to work minimally treated and further injuries occur or the initial injury becomes worse.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Palomar Health (San Diego, CA) in April 2011.

    Interview

I applied online and was called in to a group interview. There was equal opportunity for everyone to talk, but some people got weird questions that I am glad I did not get.

    • How would you handle a patient who needs help but cannot communicate with you?   Answer Question
