I have been working at Panasonic Computer full-time

    Pros

Stellar products, many good sales professionals, minimum micro-management, seasoned team, lots of inbound activity, good company car, good benefits

    Cons

Salary below par, capped commission income, arbitrary quotas set, lots of personnel turn-over, reputation for reorganizing every couple of years, a fair amount of corporate squatters who do not have P&L or quota responsibility. Org chart heavy in the middle.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lean out the middle management. Pay more. Communicate innovation more effectively to sales team -- it's leverage in the market place.
