Good tips. You can make 30 bucks in tips in a really good day. The owners are really friendly and nice.

Long hours and weekends are mandatory. Pretty much if you won't work both Saturday and sunday, your fired.

    Advice to Management

Give the workers a break. I cut my finger so many times there to the bone and was told to keep working. No one is going to want to work for you if you treat them like slaves.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Papa Gino's Holdings (Boston, MA) in March 2014.

They were very thorough and took mostly into account your attitude. They asked many questions about management styles and experience you believe to be relevant to the position. The interview started out as a one-on-one, but the second interview was with a panel of workers.
