I worked at Paradise Bakery & Café full-time (More than 3 years)

Loved this job! Staff was always fun to work with. Great support team when you needed the help (just ask!). Competitive pay and benefits package. Training is excellent. Treated with respect and like a human being; not like some cog in a machine.

Meals should be free. Getting cross-trained can be difficult and it's one of the few ways to get a pay raise.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Paradise Bakery & Café (Queen Creek, AZ).

I applied and two months later they called me. I was shocked to be honest. I went in for the interview and the manager was extremely nice and caring. It was really fun talking to her. After the interview, she hired me on the spot.
