    Great middle management people
    Very good products


    No ability to make decisions. All come from the CEO.
    Company is very slow to re-act / change to new market conditions.
    Lack of data to pursue large contracts in the aerospace market
    Require additional equipment to remain competitive.

    Interview Details

    Filled out a job application and work history survey. Met with the Human Resources Manager to discuss employment history and job benefits. Interviewed with the Operations Manager for one hour. The interview was in a relaxed environment. The position has been open for over a year, but the job was posted only two months prior to the interview.
