    I have been working at Park Place Motorcars full-time (more than 3 years)


    Hands-down best training and growth opportunities, lots of camaraderie and team building get-togethers, catered lunches on Saturdays, management that is genuinely interested in your well being. Pay in sales is top notch, great benefits. Plenty of opportunity for paid time off; two weeks of vaca per year, every year (once you hit 10 years you get 3 weeks per year), sick pay, etc. Great discounts on vehicles.


    Poor communication between sales and service departments. We're all on the same team. Let's communicate effectively. You'll get 6 paid holidays a year, including your birthday. Do not expect to have any vacation the last quarter of the year. Time off during this time period is strictly controlled and usually not accepted.
