Great benefits, friendly co-workers, close to home

If you don't have some type of degree, you are looked down upon. The managers of the departments are constantly in meetings so that they are not they enough to manage their departments. The pay is too low for the clerical staff. The only people who get praise is the higher up employees not the ones that are doing the crap work. Managers are only hired if they have a degree. It doesn't matter about experience at all. Another major con is the fact that even though your doctor has an office in the same building, they are no longer allowed to be your doctor in the hospital. You have to see the hospitalist that has no idea of your medical history.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You don't need that much training. If you do, then you shouldn't be a manager.
