    Pros

workplace is very professional. Employees generally care about their work and are driven to produce quality products. you can learn a lot. co-workers are great people that will make you feel comfortable.

    Cons

Projects are very slow to finish, but this is a function of multiple parties involved in massively scaled goals. you must be pro-active to get attention and work.

    Advice to Management

make sure you give proper care to interns. your extra attention can make or break the decision to apply to stay in the future.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Parsons Brinckerhoff in August 2015.

    Interview

I found an opening online and applied. I got a call back one month later for an initial interview. This was a phone interview in which they asked one question; why am I interested in planning, and then proceeded to describe their open positions to me. The phone call was 15 minutes and I'm waiting for a call back.
