Patelco was founded in 1936 to serve the financial interests of employees at the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company (now part of AT&T). With assets now totaling more than $4.5 billion and 290,000 members nationwide, we are among the largest credit unions in the nation today.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Patelco Credit Union (Pleasanton, CA) in August 2015.
Interviews were scheduled quickly and they kept me informed - didn't leave me hanging. They took extra time - beyond the interview time - to answer all of my questions in detail. They were open about the changes that are happening and why.
