I have been working at Patheon full-time for less than a year

Best reason to work with patheon is The company has a long vision and growth, they are keep update always, Changing the system to improve work flow, and all the staff memberhas a value in this company.

You should provide tea or coffee to the night staff, so that people can't waste more time to go out and concentrate on training of new employee take a feedback every week what the new employee learn ? Ask to the seniour what is he teach to the trainee every week not just take how's the person behaviour or attitude because some time people can work for 1 year or 6 month but they don't know how to handle the situation! why ? because they are not well trained, if some time by mistake if the batch fail, company losing in milions of doller and the reason is the person is not well trained, now to remove that person is not a solution, but proper training and feed back of what he learn is important. Please don't take personnalyi am just the small employee, this is just what i feel, i don't have any problem with my seniour or group leader they all are supportive, bt not necessary with others

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Patheon in January 2014.

    Interview Details

The entire process was done over the phone, I was supposed to come into the office twice to interview, but the re-scheduled. Not exactly the best method to win someone over.
