I worked at Paul Weiss Rifkind full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great people, good culture overall (especially in the DC office -- smaller, more one-on-one time with upper level attorneys). Most people at Paul Weiss have senses of humor and are incredibly supportive. Pro bono opportunities are definitely good.

    Cons

Work/Life balance is truly brutal (to be fair, though, that goes for any Biglaw firm, so it's not really a Paul Weiss thing). Time-off policies could use some updating for administrative/support staff.

Two interviews -- one with paralegal manager & other paralegals, one with partner in charge of paralegals. I submitted my resume via their website and heard back within a week or two. I believe the process is different in NYC because they have more paralegals...I'm not sure that you interview with the other paralegals or a partner there, and they do more recruiting in general.
