Comprehensive Health Care
To protect you and your family, we offer three medical plans, a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) option and two Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) options. All these options include prescription drug coverage. Domestic partner benefits are also offered through the medical plan.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Paylocity provides a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program that allows employees to have pre-tax dollars deducted from their salaries to pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses. The pre-tax contributions made to the FSA can be used to pay for predictable non-reimbursed health care expenses and dependent care expenses during the plan year.
Health Care Account
Through the FSA program, you can reduce your taxable income so that you can keep more of the money you earn. You can deposit up to $2,500 pre-tax each year, to cover out-of-pocket health care expenses.
Dependent Care Account
Paylocity provides a dependent care spending account program that allows employees to have pre-tax dollars deducted from their salaries to pay for eligible dependent care expenses. You can deposit up to $5,000 pre-tax each year to cover these costs.
Health Savings Account
Paylocity provides a Health Savings Account (HSA) program for all employees on our high-deductible PPO plan that allows employees to have pre-tax dollars deducted from their salaries to pay for eligible medical expenses. An HSA is an account that is owned by the employee and contributions can be made by the employer (which Paylocity does!), you or both.
Paylocity offers 401(k) benefits (both pre-tax and post-tax) to all employees wishing to participate. Paylocity also provides a generous employer match.
Short-term Disability (STD)
Paylocity provides a short-term disability (STD) benefit plan to eligible employees who are unable to work because of a qualifying disability due to an illness or injury. Employees are responsible for a portion of the premium.
Long-term Disability (STD)
Paylocity fully funds and provides a long-term disability (LTD) benefit plan to eligible employees who are unable to work because of a qualifying disability due to an illness or injury that results in long-term absence from employment.
Life insurance offers you and your family important financial protection. Paylocity provides $50,000 in term life insurance for all eligible employees at no cost to the employee. In addition, you can purchase Optional Life Insurance that is paid by the employee.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
AD&D insurance provides protection in cases of serious injury or death resulting from an accident. AD&D insurance coverage is provided as part of the basic life insurance plan.
Paid Time Off
Paylocity offers three buckets of time off to use at your discretion. Paid time off includes sick, floating holidays and vacation days for all full-time employees. Paid holidays are mutually exclusive of the time off benefit. The number of vacation hours you accrue annually is determined by your years of service. Employees in their first year of service can expect 5 sick days, 2 floating holidays and 11 vacation days.
To recognize national holidays, Paylocity provides six paid holidays each year. The holidays are New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Regular full-time employees who are summoned to serve jury duty will be paid for their absence. Pay will be based upon the employee's usual work day.
Recognition / Culture Programs
All employees are eligible to receive discretionary bonuses throughout the year. A discretionary bonus is given by your immediate manager and is based upon your performance and departmental/individual goals.
Each department has a designated fun chair(s) who are employees that plan monthly departmental activities to help boost morale and say thanks for your hard work.
Each month Paylocity offers a sporting event for that month. Employees can sign up to participate after hours; events include basketball, golf, volleyball, billiards, etc.
Orppie is our company mascot and is very busy handing out recognition cards to employees! Employees have the ability to say thanks and recognize other employees through our Recognition website; collect 5 Orppie cards and cash them in for $25 gift cards!
Employee Assistance Program
The EAP assists you and your immediate family with professional counseling to help with a variety of life problems, such as alcohol and drug abuse; stress, anxiety, and depression; marital, family, and relationship discord; child and adolescent behavioral problems; domestic violence; child care; elder care; financial and legal concerns; and educational and career-related problems at no cost to the employee or to the family member. The EAP also offers a Work/Life Program that provides information, articles, resources, links, and interactive "calculators" around child care, elder care, daily living obligations as well as legal and financial challenges, the typical issues that impact everyone's daily lives.
Casual Dress Environment
Paylocity provides employees with a casual dress environment where jeans are allowed every day of the week.
