    Pros

Allows you to work with the latest technology in the market
Processes and procedures very well established
IT makes you feel important part of the company

    Cons

Professional growth is slow and it's not meritocratic.

    Advice to Management

It will be good if you start implementing better ways to develop a professional career, the approach currently used is old and the company is loosing young talents.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Peñoles (Torreón, Coahuila (Mexico)) in April 2012.

    Interview

Long and painful.... lot of tests were applied (physichological, skills, medical, Etc..) , I waited for 2 months just to hear from them, but already inside I noticed that it depends a lot in the company's need of hiring so it can be really fast... sometime in a matter of weeks

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

smooth, there was no margin to negotiate but the offer wasn't bad at the time
