I have been working at Penguin Group full-time (More than 5 years)

Great working environment for the most part, with friendly people and an overall pleasant atmosphere. Good job security and benefits (both health and access to books and discounts).

Not diverse at all in who works here or who we publish. Often get saddled with way more work than can be done in a day (for not the best pay). Some resistance to innovation/real creativity.

    Interview Questions

    • The original HR interview was very standard, what are your weaknesses, your strengths in the office?   Answer Question
    • What do you think is important in a work relationship?   Answer Question
