    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Penn National Gaming (Reading, PA).

Interviewed with about 10 people throughout the day. The HR woman was about an hour late to start off the day with me so another woman took me to their other building after I stared at the wall for 45 minutes. I did 2 phone interviews and about 6 in-person interviews. Extremely unorganized. 90% of them didn't ever look at my resume before, and the ones that did were over the phone on a conference call. After taking off work for the FOUR HOUR interview, I followed up about 3 times and they did not get back to me for a month... long after they decided on continuing with interviewing other candidates (they removed the job from all websites & linkedin. I do not recommend wasting your time. FYI: Not rating this bad because I didn't get an offer, but because I find it disrespectful on so many levels how unorganized and rude the entire situation was.
